Rotary District 7010 is very pleased to offer all Ontario Inbound students a chance to participate in our year-end tour to Eastern Canada. The duration of the trip is 15 days, starting July 1st to July 15th, 2012.
We are also very excited that once again, we will be spending our first night in Canada’s capital city of Ottawa, so that we can enjoy the Canada Day Celebrations on Parliament Hill. We will then go on to visit many popular historical, cultural and geographic sites throughout Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Cape Breton and Nova Scotia. We are currently finalizing this year’s itinerary and a draft copy is attached.
We will be travelling by chartered bus, a coach complete with comfortable reclining seats and a washroom on board. Space on the bus is limited and seats will be offered on a first come first serve basis. So, if you are interested in joining us, get your application in early! The cost of the trip is $2,250.00 and includes all accommodation (usually university dorms), all meals, and all admission cost to events and all taxes. There are no hidden fees and the only money that you may need is to purchase souvenirs or personal items.
The full $2,250 may be paid by December 15th, 2011, or if it easier for you, you can pay in 3 separate instalments as follows: $750 by December 15th, submitted with your application; $750 to be paid by February 15, 2012 and the final instalment of $750 to be paid by April 15, 2012. Payment can be made by cheque or money order made payable to Rotary District 7010 and sent to the undersigned at the address indicated below.
Please review this information with your parents, your host parents, and your Club Counsellor and do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or concerns.
We are looking forward to providing you with a wonderful and enjoyable Canadian travel experience that will give you a lifetime of great memories. Hope you will be able to join us!
